The Role

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a robust social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement across various platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Create, curate, and manage engaging content that resonates with our target audience.
- Analyze metrics to optimize performance and report insights to senior management.
- Collaborate with product teams to promote new launches and increase visibility.
- Monitor trends and industry best practices to stay ahead of the curve.
- Engage with our online community by responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.
- Work with the marketing team to align social media strategies with campaigns and promotions.
- Draft compelling copy for advertisements, promotions, and community outreach initiatives.
- Coordinate with influencers and brand ambassadors to amplify reach.
- Manage social media budgets and ROI on advertising efforts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role (3-5 years preferred).
- Strong knowledge of major social media platforms, best practices, and trends.
- Experience with social media analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics).
- Exceptional writing and communication skills.
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment and manage deadlines.
